To have a complete bridleway across the Pennines is a fantastic project. Much work has been done on this by Kirklees and other councils but much more has to be done particularly round the Holme area. Sadly we learnt at the Kirklees District Liaison Committee that Natural England have withdrawn funding that they had committed.  This is much to be regretted and hopefully finding other sources of funding will be  explored
